Summer summer summer time! What's better than to kick back with a few drinks in the sunshine? Especially ones that don't result ending up in bed with the curtains drawn. Here are some of my picks for staying hydrated, healthy and happy.

DELLI did not disappoint with their latest seasonally curated Sober Curious Summer Box containing a range of cans perfect for a picnic, BBQ or beach.

Previously reviewed Pentire Coastal Blood Orange Spritz is a superlative negroni substitute. Packed with an array of teas and hops, Sunset Citrus Hops Kombucha tasted more like peach, reminiscent of a fruit beer. Something & Nothing Cucumber Premium Soda is a what it says on the tin - a thirsty quenching and slightly sweet soda with the distinct flavour of fresh cucumber. MANTRA Good Karma Non-Alcoholic Lager is a hoppy but light lager that hits the spot with no bad juju. Best of the bunch are the mocktails. Brink Non-Alcoholic Margarita, a zesty explosion of sweet and sour was as satisfying as the 'real' thing. Though not explicitly an alterative to a pornstar martini, Passionfruit & Raspberry Water Kefir is a mouthgasm full of fruitiness and body.

It was a bargain at £15. Mabel loved the box too.

Rhubarb and ginger is a classic combination and unlike some fruit based drinks, it's sweet and zingy without being sugary and cloying. This award-winning bottle is a steal at £10. All of the flavour of a pink gin but none of the ruin.

My gorgeous friends had a housewarming party and bought me with a bottle M&S Alcohol Free Fizzero. This was a very drinkable drop of apple, pear and fermented tea priced at £6 a bottle. Cheers to that.
